Selected areas of the forearm (previously sensitized by trips) were washed, under control conditions, followed by TEWL analysis demonstrated that the addition of only 0.8% of PHYCOS TB80, significantly reduces the loss of transepidermal water in sensitized skin, confirming the protective action of the active ingredient.
